SUMP PUMPS

Sump Pumps

sump pump INSTALLATION
FOR ERIE, PA, DUNKIRK, JAMESTOWN, HAMBURG, NY & BEYOND

Need a sump pump or to replace your existing sump pump? Not all pumps are created equal. Often times a big box store sump pump is not going to get the job done. Many low end pumps that only pump water are called “dewatering pumps”. In Western New York and Pennsylvania, including Orchard Park, Hamburg, Dunkirk, Jamestown, and Erie PA, sump pumps will need to discharge silt and sediment along with the water that enters the basin (where the sump pump is positioned). These pumps are higher end and called “dewatering / effluent pumps” because they pump both liquids and small solids.

All sump pump installations come with a pump basin and lid, a check valve, a discharge line to the exterior, and of course the pump. We offer additional services to pipe the discharge water off property (if available) to locations such as a storm sewer, catch basin, runoff ditch, or other acceptable areas to disburse your water. We can explain all your options during our free on-site estimate. If you don’t need a new pump basin or discharge line, no problem! We are an authorized Gould Pump dealer, so you can purchase directly from us.

We honor all warranties and even have some extended warranties for pumps purchased directly from us to protect you in the future. We exclusively sell, service, and install Gould Sump Pumps made in the USA. You can see these pumps and more at our showroom and retail area, 258 West Main Street Fredonia New York. BASEMENT WATERPROOFING

Waterproofing can sometimes be a completely separate issue from property drainage. Look at our basement waterproofing page for details about your project. Many times, basement leakage is from groundwater, which is different from surface water (the water that ponds on your lawn or driveway). We can help you understand your water problem today.
